- Payment is required prior to your race time. Failure to pay on time will mean that your race will not be filmed.
- Payment is non-refundable.
- Whilst every effort will be made to capture footage at each fitness station during the Hyrox event, this cannot be guaranteed. Due to venue layout, crowd density, or restricted access areas, some stations or moments may not be visible or accessible for filming. The service provider will use their professional judgment to capture the best possible footage under these conditions.
